Really lovely cottage and area. Lots to do and see on the property and locally.

Amazing property in lovely surroundings. Brilliant wildlife on your doorstep. Very friendly owner. Brilliant for adults and children.

This is a lovely large property set in a very quiet area. It's a great base for seeing Norfolk and Suffolk alike. The bedrooms are a good size although the huge master bedroom has a tiny en suite for some reason, which is a shame. The master bedroom also has two beds making up the king size bed which makes the join quite uncomfortable. The kitchen is well stocked but the dining area table might be a tight squeeze if it were to seat 6 adults. Steve, the owner, was on hand and popped in to check everything was ok every now and then, as he lives on site and was very accommodating.

The cottage is a an ideal position for exploring Suffolk and Norfolk. It is also in an ideal setting for walking and viewing the wildlife. This accomodation is clean and comfortable with all the home from home utilities... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Had a fantastic relaxing stay at Avocet Cottage, it is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. Lovely welcome pack, absolutely spotlessly clean. Went for several lovely walks around the grounds and bridal ways from the cottage. Owners were very helpful, saw plenty of wildlife with deer and hare coming into the garden and a barn owl that visited every evening. Visited lots of lovely places and easy reach of the coast. The next village had everything we needed and we went to the swimming pool and gym several times. Would definitely recommend it, we're going back in the summer!

Had a very nice stay at this cottage, there are some beautiful walks to be had. Cottage itself met all our requirements.

Cottage is ideally situated for the Suffolk coast, Framlingham, Woodbridge etc. We have stayed here twice, once in August with grandchildren and once in October with another couple for a walking holiday, both times we had a great stay at Avocet. Great for smaller children as all on one level and lots of outdoor space to run around. Great welcome pack and the cottage was very clean. One very small point, there could be more crockery/cutlery as we found we had to put the dishwasher on twice a day.

Advocet cottage was excellent in every respect. Very well presented, modern interior but also a warm feeling to it. Centrally located so accessible to the coast but we had some great visits to lavenham, Sandringham flatford mill (constable country. )
