Hot tub for 6 private. Private parking for 2 cars. Please note No children under 2 years old including babes in arms.\n All properties Electric central heating electricity bed linen towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included remainder at £5 per basket. Welcome pack. 230-acre natural grounds shared with owner and other properties on-site. Children’s playing field shared. Fishing on-site free of charge licence required. No smoking. Please note There is an unfenced river in the grounds.\u003e Set within the owner’s 230-acre arable farm these outstanding properties are decorated to a high standard and each boasts a large open plan living area. There are goats and chickens on the farm so if you are up early enough you can help yourself to some fresh eggs or take a look round the stables. Guests have access to the 230 acres of land which includes the River Avon where you can do a spot of fishing licence required. Take a walk through the farmland and you reach the local pub which is situated on the bank of the river. The farm is also 2 minutes away from the Bristol and Bath cycle track perfect for cyclists and walkers and the property is close to Saltford Sailing Club.\n\nSurrounded by open countryside Saltford is also known for its history and has a conservation area with a restored brass mill dating from 1720 an old manor house and a church with a Saxon tower. Just 6 miles away is the vibrant heritage city of Bath which boasts the famous Roman baths Thermae Bath Spa and the famous Royal Crescent which is one of Bath’s most iconic landmarks. There are also several National Trust areas nearby including Dyrham Park and Stourhead House.     Loved our week at the dovecote. Beautiful property and surroundings. Brilliant area with lots of places to eat and drink all within easy walking distance. Area very dog friendly. Would Definately return and recommend.

    The best cottage we’ve ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything. The farm and local area is a runner’s, cyclists & dog walkers paradise! The caretaker was extremely friendly & brought us fresh eggs. We will definitely be back!!

    Amazing place, very relaxed holiday even though we were Xmas shopping. Decor first class, little things like tea, coffee, bread and butter waiting for you, even a wine rack with an honesty note. The hot tube was lovely, even at 6:30 pm on a cold November night.

    A lovely place - beautifully clean on our arrival and the best equipped self catering accommodation we’ve ever stayed in! The surroundings were tidy and very pretty - the river makes for a nice walk. I’ve given the location an 8 as farm vehicles do pass the cottage regularly (it’s on the outside edge of a working farm yard). Whilst this isn’t a problem, occasionally they do go at some speed which isn’t ideal with dogs around! Nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes drive away - I wouldn’t walk it if you’re planning on buying anything heavy! Add ons at the accommodation are very reasonable - £5 for a bottle of wine and £5 for an extra bag of wood for the fire. Overall, we would highly recommend.

    Very clean, modern cottage with a couple of nice touches, bottle of wine, milk, butter etc. The fencing around the hot tub was not completely private, with vehicles coming and going and parking near to fence.
