    A clean comfortable cottage. Local shop a bit too far to walk to and there were no foot paths. Local pub had closed but there was a good pub for Sunday lunch at The Ingham Swan, about 15 mins away by car

    Lovely quiet location. Cottage very good. Could not find blankets, as a couple of nights it got very cold. Location lovely, beaches great. There was everything you would need, just like home.

    Great holiday - lots to do and Norfolk is very dog friendly. The cottage was great just like the pictures and very dog friendly with the enclosed area and plenty of space to park the car privately. Some really nice touches in the cottage - plenty of milk, coffee, tea and biscuits on arrival, Netflix for the children and adults, constant hot water and shower great. One of the best cottages we have stayed in. Would strongly recommend. Very cosy and private. Beach not far away and plenty of walks. Everywhere accessible within 30 minutes - Sheringham, Holt, Cromer, Aylsham, Pretty Corner Tea room, Priory Gardens and Maze - Holkham Bay (1hr drive).

    Lovely cottage in private surroundings niece walk over the field to the beach front, the pub is about thirty minutes walk south down the front but it was worth it, had a lovely meal at the Poachers Pocket.

    Unfortnately the weather wasn't particularly good during our stay and therefore we didn't sit outside. However, had the opportunity arisen we would have felt dreadfully let down. The garden is terribly neglected and somewhat of a safety hazard. We felt the lounge area was tired and uncomfortable.

    A really great cottage. Clean, quiet, well equipped and full of character. A short walk from a long deserted beach, great for exercising the dog. Plenty of amenities nearby in Bacton. Great base as it's only a short drive to places like the Broads, Corner, Sheringham, Holt, Wells, etc. Would recommend it to everyone young or old.
