Bought for a gift for the father in laws 70th-they absolutely loved it, can’t wait to go again...everything you could need for the time they spent there, cannot fault it at all.

Had a great weekend here. Super value for money. Lovely clean place. The only minor gripes are the shower in the en suite was rarely hot, mostly freezing cold and the bathroom door of the en suite needs fixing as it is impossible to open if you close the door. Also, the WiFi is useless. Otherwise we had a very enjoyable weekend and would go again.

Loved this holiday. Don’t believe we were in the lodge I booked but nevertheless it was an amazing location, extremely comfortable and one of the best places I’ve stayed.

    Fab location, lovely house.

Lovely place, good facilities. When weather is bad it hurls down hillside and hot tub has no shelter and is exposed. Internet was down during our stay which was inconvenient as we have two business’s and had to do all ordering etc via 4G mobile phone. Thermostat on one of showers was also not working and water was scalding hot. But despite these little small inconveniences, it is a lovely place, and staff are so friendly.

Fantastic cottage , home from home . Wonderful hot tub take shoes to get to it as no path . WiFi not good so don’t rely on it .

The cottage was perfect and the managers couldn’t do enough! We loved everything- the quality of the furniture is second to non and the cosy warmth was perfect. Only issue was there were not enough ‘tumbler’ glasses in the house - small things I know. And I would suggest a crate or basket by the front door to keep shoes in as we had loads!! However all was well and we had a lovely Christmas and didn’t want to come home!!

Lovely place and lovely house well situated for walking into Hawes and there is a shortcut through the fields and this is with a proper flagged path too . Karen and her husband very helpful on arrival didn’t need to contact them again while we were there. The shower in the en-suite we were advised not to use as it tripped the electrics in the house which was a pity as we were two families staying so the extra shower would have been useful but obviously you are at the mercy of contractors to get it mended. Hot tub was lovely despite the rain, our grandchildren loved it. Well equipped and lovely and warm house . Would recommend and it’s near the lovely village of Hawes would recommend a visit to the cheese factory too which has a lovely gift shop.

This was a great place for a break away with friends. The cottage was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for 6 people. The local village is just a 15 min walk away with shops and pubs. The staff on site are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely cottage, extremely friendly and helpful site owners, perfect location. Views are stunning and decor very tasteful. Would have loved a door straight out to the hot tub and the oven/grill took forever to heat up (unless we weren't doing it right). Minor things though, we'd definitely come back.
