Hoseasons " Commanding an imposing waterside position on the bank of the River Wensum in the heart of the city of Norwich this handsome house the end one of a row with a large deck for fishing or watching the waterborne world go by and a secluded patio with the added luxury of a private hot tub is perfect for reunions and family gatherings whatever the season. A gentle stroll leads to the bustling centre of Norwich with its medieval castle cathedral restaurants riverside pubs museums and fine shopping. A host of attractions are offered in the area the river centre at Whitlingham offers a range of water sports and a dry ski slope the glorious Norfolk Broads Wroxham ‘the capital of the broads’ for boat hire and trips the wonderful North Norfolk Coast with its long sandy beaches and small villages famous for their seafood Cromer for family fun and its end of pier show and Blickling Hall NT. The wonderful Suffolk Heritage Coast Southwold with its quaint shops harbour and summer theatre RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Heath - ideal for walking and cycling are all within an easy drive. A great house in a fantastic location; right on the river and a quick walk into the city centre. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed and all the rooms were comfortable. We were a group of 8 ladies and we had a lovely stay at Baltic Wharf.

Absolutely amazing accommodation and perfect for what we used it for. Plenty of everything for every guest. Central location, a short walk to shops, restaurants, bars etc. Beautiful view from all the rooms overlooking the river. Location of the hot tub should perhaps be looked at being changed.

A super property over all. Excellent location - everything within walking distance. A few more essentials would have been nice such as some soap in each bathroom, a few more towels, coffee machine (caffatiere?) and parking was a slight problem though we were informed about this beforehand. But the property was very clean with lots of space and the hot tub was great!

Perfect Accomodation for a hen weekend! Had the wow factor from the moment we walked in the door, and I’m terms of cleanliness it was absolutely spotless. The whole place was nice and modern but still had a nice homely feel to it. Many of the group have already mentioned returning at a later date.

The place was smashing only the downside is the parking. You can only parked for 2 cars and we have to pay for parking for our other cars.

I stayed here with some friends for a weekend of shopping and a catch up. It was fantastic to have the space of a large house with a huge table to eat around and a large lounge to relax in. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to entertain (although a decent frying pan would be good). The only down side is that there is a smoke alarm in the kitchen which is very sensitive and gets activated just by using the toaster. The use of the hot tub was a treat, even on a miserable Sunday morning in December! The location of the house is great for the shops - a ten minute walk, and close to the train station. We had some shopping delivered to the house but there are some mini supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk for any missing essentials. Overall this is a fantastic home for a holiday exploring Norwich and the surrounding area, and I would recommend it for all.

Well appointed house in good location, only 5 mins walk from station. Comfortable beds (although some quite low), good showers. Shame previous visitors had broken corkscrew and not reported it so it could be replaced. Only drawback if you like early nights is the music from the Wetherspoons opposite on Friday and Saturday nights.
