The Suffolk Heritage Coast offers many attractions within a ½-hour drive, including Southwold, 16 miles, with its pretty beach huts and pier; the internationally renowned concert hall at Snape Maltings, 3 miles, alongside river walks, food hall and shops; Orford’s famous smokery, castle and harbour; crabbing at the pretty seaside village of Walberswick, 15 miles; and browsing the shops in historic Woodbridge, 12 miles.
