Please note Couples and family bookings only. \n This well presented detached home offers deceptively spacious light holiday accommodation located in the quiet cul-de-sac yet very convenient for many local sightseeing attractions suitable for families or couples. All the bedding in the property has 180+ thread count and are anti-allergy. There is so much to do in the area – Wimborne 2 miles is a quaint market town with a model village a theatre a cinema coffee houses shops and quaint inns. Wimborne Minster built in 705AD was founded by the mother of Henry VII and is famed for its chained library and the tomb of Alfred the Great’s brother. Also The Gin House has a large selection of over 130 different gins available and there are various festivals and fairs throughout the year.\n\nWithin easy driving distance are beaches at Sandbanks Studland Bay and Bournemouth Poole Nature Reserve Brownsea Island the National Trust-owned country house Kingston Lacy and to the west The Purbecks Corfe Castle and the Jurassic Coastline. Badbury Rings is an Iron Age hillfort and according to myth is cited as the place where King Arthur fought his greatest battle. For outdoor enthusiasts there are various walks within easy reach plus for a family day out visit the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Cranborne Chase or the Moors Valley which is suitable for all age groups and it is also dog friendly. As well as scenic walks and excellent wildlife spotting there are a host of recreational activities such as angling orienteering cycle hire golf ‘Go-Ape’ Treet Top Adventure Forest Segway walking groups canoeing and péntaque. \n\nAvon Heath is also nearby ideal for keen amblers. The New Forest National Park is easily accessible and provides miles of scenic walks and a network of bridle paths and footpaths and you can often find ponies and cattle roaming the streets in one of the many picturesque villages.     had an amazing stay at baytree house lovely homely feel, very comfortable and well kept clean and tidy, local shop just over the road which was brilliant, we had a comfortable and relaxing stay thank you so much and the welcome pack went down well, a lovely touch xx

    Upon arrival refuse containers found to be virtually full or overflowing. In kitchen mouldy food still in bin. Kitchen tap dripped and could only be turned off using both hands. Shaving light in bathroom faulty. Toilet roll holder broken. Some staining to bed linen. Patio doors very dirty. Garden untidy and exterior woodwork needed "painting". Wall decorations were virtually non existent, one picture on stairs. Most blinds missing. Property described as being in Wimborne Minster when in fact it was a few miles away.

    Great holiday in a great house. Lovely and quiet despite the nearby convenient A31. Shop over the road open all weekend. Pub in walking distance. Good dog walks too. Garden needs a bit of weeding etc but perfectly all right for us and the dog. And also the first really secure garden we have found.
