The spacious bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite shower room plus there is an additional family bathroom with a spa bath. Beach Side has the benefit of the local beach and its cafés just over the road. Visit Ramsgate and its bustling harbour or the stunning Viking Bay in Broadstairs. Play a round of golf or hire a bike and attempt the 28-mile long circular Viking Coastal Trail. Indulge in some oysters at Whitstable or visit Canterbury with its famous cathedral and boutique shops.     Great location. Pillows were not the best...I guess that's down to personal preference. Ongoing repairs to the patio doors meant we could not fully open but it was not the best weather to have taken advantage of this anyway. Thank you

    Good apartment,great location. Couple of small complaints the Bi-foldings doors are broken and let in the wind and rain, the bedroom blinds don't work fully and let the light in, and we were provided with only one towel.

    Whilst the location is excellent the condition of the apartment is tired. There is peeling paint and the veranda door could not be opened fully. Only 1 door of the folding doors could be used. The bed linen was clean but the pillows were very very thin and old. The towels were thin. In the kitchen all the welcome goodies such as the milk, bread, butter and biscuits were well received but it would have been nice to have wifi access. In these times the internet is used to explore local activities. Having said that there was an enormous pile of leaflets of local interests that dated from 4 years previously. There was no instruction manual on garbage or use of the light switches. There was a drawer with all the manufacturers instructions for the washing machine and dryer. There was no hair dryer which is a basic amenity that would have been appreciated by this international visitor. The furniture in the lounge room consisted of 3 IKEA arm chairs and an ergonomic recliner. There was a table and 4 chairs. There was no where to sit together on a couch to watch TV or movie. There was no instruction about what to do with the keys when departing. In summary the photos of the apartment look lovely but were obviously taken a few years ago. The location is fabulous.

    Fabulous place overlooking the beach with one of the best sunsets I've ever seen every night. The only thing that would have made it any better was wifi, but the 4G is super-fast, so that's not really a problem either. A really great place to rest or write.
