There are shops and dog-friendly pubs within a 5-minute walk, and there is the Northshore golf course close by, as well as fishing lakes within 2 miles. The property is decorated with a Christmas theme during the festive season. Skegness has something for everyone, with fairgrounds, amusements, a boating lake, seal sanctuary, an award-winning beach, a cinema, and also the Embassy Theatre, which hosts daily shows and productions throughout the year. The main street has various shops and stores. To the north of Beachway is Ingoldmels, which is a 10-minute drive, where guests will find the very popular large outdoor market, open every day from March until Christmas. The Fantasy Island amusement park is great for the kids. Gibralter Point National Nature Reserve with its 3 miles of the coastline and bird watching hides is a great place for quiet walks and is only a 20-minute drive south. The Lincolnshire Wolds with fantastic views across open countryside, endless walks and bike riding makes for a great day out and is only a 30-minute drive away. The historic towns of Louth and Alford are only a short drive away. Beach 350 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
