Been here before and no problems. This year no contact with owner apart from getting the key on arrival, no one to leave the key with when we left. Could have done with manual for oven. Lots of hot water but warning needed as extremely hot!! Sofa's and armchair very uncomfortable. Microwave too high up needed great care taking hot items from it.

Lovely cabin. Really nice owners. Previous holidaymakers could have washed the pans etc properly & let the owners know some cups were too badly chipped to use (not hard with a dishwasher in the cabin), we couldn't get them to useable standard so had to throw away some food we had had delivered as had no chiller bags to take it home when we couldn't cook it there.

I found wine gums and empty package in the top drawer in my grandsons’ bedroom. Good job I found them before the 3 year old did. Found a bottle top underneath my bed and all sorts of toiletries in the bathroom cupboard, there was also a bath sponge in there and it had a large brown stain on it. None of the electrical appliances displayed a portable appliance tested sticker and most of them looked to be purchased more than 12 months ago

This was our first holiday in the UK with our family (three young boys 7,5,1) we couldn’t fault it. The chalet upon arrival was super clean and warm. It had everything you need for a home away from home. A cot had been set up too which was lovely. There were games/dvds and books for rainy days. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Would recommend to all and will hopefully be returning. There was lots of info about local days out etc within the chalet. The local town of Pickering had everything you needed including a supermarket. We went on lots of days out to coast and moods as everything within an hours drive. Fab find!
