Wonderful place to stay if you want to get away from it all. The house was very clean and in a lovely secluded and quiet location. Best situated of all the cottages on the Beaufort Estate. Having an open log fire made it very special. A small welcome pack would have been appreciated though. Not even any soap! But all in all a positive experience and a great holiday. Thank you!

Lovely cottage, great location. Had everything we needed (including a stair gate) clean and tidy. Missing a few of the little luxuries you sometimes find, no welcome pack.

We was group of five friends. We stayed there for seven nights. We never had a worse cottage as that.Bed rooms and sitting room was ok but very small kitchen with dining table, also no air circulation fan with the cooker.Very tiny fridge,we had to give our grocery(meat)to care taker to put them in the fridge in the castle, then we had to drive in the castle to collect grocery every two days.Ironing board has no cotton and iron is broken. Shower cubicle was so small, when someone shower water spread the floor.Stairs are super tiny we been worried all the time for anything happening. Its not worth to spend money on this cottage unless people wants to ruined thair holiday. Thanks

Delightful cottage, very clean and comfortable. A rudimentary welcome pack would have been nice, especially after several hours of driving in the dark. No access to the estate, which was also disappointing. WiFi and shower were both a bit feeble, but the air and the stars more than made up for it. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
