Beds very uncomfortable and settee not in good order as you fall through and sink into one of the seats on the settee. It has potential to be a good letting if small things are sorted.

As a family we enjoyed our stay. There was little interaction when we arrived, so we we’re a little unsure about things and didn’t know where we could walk which was a shame. We found the cottage comfortable and found everything that we’d possible need was available. The WiFi was terrible and dipped majority of the time but wasn’t the end of the world. The only thing which we didn’t appreciate was that people in the nearby cottage allowed their dog to mess outside in communal car park and outside our cottage and with young children we were not impressed! Especially as it stipulated that dogs are to not be free to runaround. We would re-book and we would recommend the cottage we stayed in.

Beautiful cottages in quiet, unspoilt countryside. Took a few passes to find in the dark. Ample car parking. Comfortable beds, powerful showers, generally well-equipped but no dishwasher. WiFi kept dropping out.

Marks are severe as we had booked for a full week as 2 couples. We felt the cottage is suitable for weekend or non-catering family lets. The kitchen area is too basic with no useful workspace for meal prep. Bare minimum of plates, cutlery etc. Excellant bathrooms except mirrors in shaddow and the usual lack of surface space (very common in even top hotels!!). We did discuss ideas with owner before leaving and he reacted positively to our suggestions for future improvements. Very good potential for the complex as mid-range lets.
