    Great location next to beach. Roomy and comfortable cottage. Good walk to Berwick with lots of good pubs and restaurants and lovely walks around the town walls.

    Lovely Place Lovely house has everything you need.Could do with a welcome pack telling you how to work heating,tv etc.Other than that couldn’t fault it.😁

    Stayed here with my daughter and 4 grandchildren in October it was Cosy and clean, however beds and sofa very uncomfortable . A drier would have been useful. Also no WiFi which was a bit inconveinient. Local shop nearby and great access to beach which was fab.

    We had an absolutely fantastic holiday ! This apartment is terrific - whether you are a couple or a family! The level of cleanliness was superb and they provide everything you could possibly need to self-cater! Forget the comments from other reviews about the windows - some people just like to find faults with anything! I cannot recommend this property and it’s location highly enough! The beach is 1min walk n it’s gorgeous!!

    We love Northumberland and this is the most northerly place we have stayed in the county to date. That is why I chose the option of not returning. Now we have visited the area and the places of interest we planned there are other areas to visit. Spittal beach and it's promenade is great and it is a very quiet area.

    A spacious and modern cottage which was spotlessly clean. The appliances were very modern and the furniture and beds very comfortable. We had everything we could have needed in the cottage and more. It was a perfect holiday (and we were lucky to have a week of sunshine). Would definitely stay there again.

    The flat has a lovely feel and is very well equipped. It’s also in a great location. The only down side is that some of the furniture and windows could do with replacing. Oh and a sharp knife or two would be very handy. The owners were very helpful and approachable and even replaced the broken extractor fan in the kitchen for us! They left us a generous supply of essentials and some treats and there was even some beach equipment left for us to use.

    This is in a good location near a great beach with easy parking. Easy to get into Berwick although description of walking distance is pushing it. We went as a party of 6 which was a tight squeeze especially for sleeping arrangements. Couple of the beds and some of furniture really needs replacing. The upstairs longe/kitchen is light and bright and kitchen space although compact is very functional. Windows etc in need of some maintainance but this is probably reflected in the price. Downstairs utility room with washing machine good feature and small space outside to dry washing

    We were initially pleased with the parking bay however inside was less impressive particularly the persistent smell of gas in the cooking area, more strong first thing in the morning. On the top floor the room was spacious and comfortable but spoiled by the condensation inside the large velux style windows the frames of which were severely corroded and had regularly leaked leaving many unsightly rust stains both below and around the frames. The cleanliness of the toilets left much to be desired and the fact that several table lamps had either failed bulbs or even no bulb at all was disappointing when simple care could have vastly improved the residential experience in a well positioned apartment with super beach views and great access to the beach.
