    This is in a good location near a great beach with easy parking. Easy to get into Berwick although description of walking distance is pushing it. We went as a party of 6 which was a tight squeeze especially for sleeping arrangements. Couple of the beds and some of furniture really needs replacing. The upstairs longe/kitchen is light and bright and kitchen space although compact is very functional. Windows etc in need of some maintainance but this is probably reflected in the price. Downstairs utility room with washing machine good feature and small space outside to dry washing

    We were initially pleased with the parking bay however inside was less impressive particularly the persistent smell of gas in the cooking area, more strong first thing in the morning. On the top floor the room was spacious and comfortable but spoiled by the condensation inside the large velux style windows the frames of which were severely corroded and had regularly leaked leaving many unsightly rust stains both below and around the frames. The cleanliness of the toilets left much to be desired and the fact that several table lamps had either failed bulbs or even no bulb at all was disappointing when simple care could have vastly improved the residential experience in a well positioned apartment with super beach views and great access to the beach.

    This is a lovely holiday let. We had 3 complaints really. The sofa was a cheap poor quality corner arrangement and really uncomfortable. I can't stress enough how annoying the job of ha99ving to rebuild the sofa every 2 minutes was! For a winter break with a family the comfort of the living area is really important but I'm afraid this let the accommodation down. There was also a lack of storage for clothes. Could the first floor storeroom offer some hanging space? We all shared the one wardrobe. The location which sadly you can't change is very good but being opposite a school means that it's a pretty busy street first thing on a morning. We were blocked in twice by parents dropping children off. We had a lively holiday and enjoyed the area but would try an alternative property next time

    Terrific spacious 3 storey house in a quiet street a stones throw from the beach. A wee shop nearby and walkable to Berwick if you’re able. The only negatives are the same that have been previously mentioned. The velux windows in the lounge badly need attention. It was raining when we arrived and the rain was dripping on the coffee table. Thankfully we were in and hadn’t left anything of value lying. There is water damage under the window and it’s obviously been a problem for a while. Aside from that, if having WIFI is a big issue for you, do not book here as there is absolutely none, which seems a bit odd in this day & age. Next door have it, we have stayed there before. All in all a lovely house though

    Still the most uncomfortable lounge furniture we have ever experienced. The roof light leaked badly and this was obviously a long standing problem judging by the water marks in various places. It was lucky we had left no personal belonging on the table below the leak, they have would have been ruined, as it was we had to put a bowl under the dripping.
