Fantastic hosts first class accommodation could not be better

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The cottage is located in the grounds of the owners house in a quiet rural location. The nearest town is Dereham about 20 mins drive away where there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a cinema. Norwich city is less than one hours drive and there are several park and ride locations with frequent buses into the city centre.

Another fabulous stay at Beekeepers Cottage; will definitely come back next year

Brilliant week, weather helped. The cottage is in a nice quiet location yet is only a pleasant drive to most of Norfolk. The cottage is everything you require and more, wanted for nothing. Will be going back.

Very nice setting lovely peaceful place.Cottage was well thought out for you to have a great holiday.Plenty of things in cottage from towels tea coffee sugar milk loo rolls foil kitchen rolls salt pepper just a few things to mention and also the honey yum.Anybody thinking of renting this cottage go for it.just found the very narrow roads that lead to it and around are bit off putting but having said that your are out of the way in the country side.Very peaceful place.Even saw a deer.

Beekeepers cottage is outstanding. The location is perfect for a peaceful time yet is not too far from all the amenities that you could want. John and Lorna maintain a very high standard and nothing is too much trouble for them.

This very comfortable holiday cottage is in a rural location, lots of birdsong and no traffic noise, exactly what we were looking for. Good swimming pool at Dereham. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing break at Beekeepers Cottage. We were welcomed on arrival and shown around by the owner who was friendly and helpful but not intrusive. A tray of tea and biscuits were waiting us on arrival together with a pot of local honey. The bed was very comfortable and the hot water and heating worked perfectly. Everything we needed was provided and the owners had obviously put a lot of thought into making the cottage comfortable, warm and welcoming for their guests with some extra homely touches.

Enjoyed a really lovely short break in this cottage. The property was immaculate, with lots of lovely homely touches, like fresh flowers, biscuits, and milk for the all-important cup of tea after the journey, all much appreciated. Great rural location (though not ideal if you're nervous about single-track roads!) - I spotted some deer in the field beside the house, and rabbits along the public bridleway only a moment along the road. Shops in Dereham are only a short drive away, the north coast less than a hour, and Norwich 30 mins. Everything I needed for a lovely relaxing stay was provided in the cottage, including a great range of kitchen utensils, DVDs & books, and leaflets for things to do around the local area. Highly recommend this property, thank you so much for a perfect stay!

This cottage must be the best equipped we have ever stayed in. Lots of little extras, such as book and dvd library. Everything to make it home from home. If you want a relaxing peaceful break this is the place to be. We would certainly recommend and would stay again if needed accommodation in the area.

Beekeepers Cottage is an exquisite cottage, built and furnished to a high standard. Although it is located within the owners grounds, it is not overlooked by them at all. I would highly recommend the cottage and we will definitely be visiting again.

this cottage is amazing , it was so lovely and warm ,it was exceptionally clean ,comfortable ,everything we needed was there ,even a washer,a dryer, and a freezer, there were fresh flowers ,milk and a gorgeous jar of honey to start our holiday with, the hosts John and Lorna were lovely friendly people , who were there if needed ,but not intrusive at all ,saw them at the start and at the end of our holiday, Some great places to visit nearby ,great cottage for cyclists hikers ,ramblers etc or drive around like us, We watched the deer each morning from the dining table and a barn owl as well, A truly great holiday ,

    out of 10

Very comfortable, warm and cosy and one of the cleanest cottages we have stayed in. We appreciated the welcome pack and the Christmas decorations. Nothing was too much trouble for John and Lorna, they are excellent hosts - there when you need them but otherwise they leave you to enjoy your holiday. It was great to watch from the cottage a Barn Owl hunting and several deer in the adjacent field. We hope to return.

A real little gem of a holiday cottage. A lovely weekend spent in an extremely peaceful, warm and comfortable cottage, without a doubt, one of the cleanest holiday properties we have every stayed in, we just wish we had been there for longer. Excellent location for touring the area. Owners Lorna and John were most accommodating without being in the least intrusive and we would return again without any hesitation whatsoever.

A lovely cottage in a great location for exploring North Norfolk. It had everything we needed and is furnished and maintained to a very high standard. Sunsets from the patio were 'awesome' ( a much overused word!).
