Nice bungalow, convenient walk to town centre. Dog enjoyed walking along river path behind opposite side of road. Enjoyable evening at nearby Spread Eagle, good value food. Bit noisy during day due to building work at rear but luckily daughter did not have to do shift work during her attachment at the nearby hospital. Would definitely stay here again.

Was perfect cottage for us and the dog.

Comfortable, clean, well equipped cottage with a secure rear patio garden and off road parking. We stayed for 2 weeks and Chrystal, the owner, offered us fresh towels and gave us information regarding places to visit. The cottage is ideally placed for seeing Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. Bury St. Edmunds has all the large supermarkets and interesting historic buildings and independent shops, only a short drive away. The cottage doesn't have a washing machine, but we used the launderette a few mins walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Beech Tree Cottage to anyone wanting to visit the area.

We loved our time at Beech Tree. We had most of what we needed apart from a washer but we Just used the laundromat down the road.
