Great week spent in Ilfracombe as a family of 18. The house was big enough for us to all be together and not ?. Beautiful part of the country to visit with lots to do. Amazing walks at the back of the house - high up to the cliffs and just 10 mins walk to The Tunnels. We all loved it here.

Beechwood House is a bit of a walk from any shops or pubs. Getting up the steep drive was achieved by the Sainsbury's delivery driver but with a little to-ing and fro-ing on the up. Having two vehicle exits means that actually getting in and out is pretty easy.
The interior could bear to be modernised, but all of the facilities (except the air hockey table which was useless, and the fridge in the bar which was broken) were in excellent working order.
Given the building is such a short walk to the South West Coast Path it's amazing.
We enjoyed a lovely family holiday. 3 generations - 8months to 73 years. The house has plenty of bedrooms, most with en-suite, a spacious lounge & well equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water for us all. Lovely large dining room so we could all eat together in comfort. The house is well positioned for visiting many local places.
