There’s world-class fishing on the River Spey which runs through the village, and the Kingussie Golf Club has one of the best views of any course in Scotland. This area has unrivalled picturesque landscapes that were chosen as the backdrop for the famed TV series ‘Monarch of the Glen’.
Upon entering the property you are greeted with a wonderfully symmetrical layout, with the stairs leading straight up ahead of you. To the left is the living room which is spacious and has a large TV. To the right is the dining room, again large and spacious. The kitchen is located at the rear of the house, along with the downstairs toilet. The kitchen is a lovely room with a breakfast table and patio doors leading to the enclosed garden.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite with bath. Both bedrooms are spacious and have good storage space. There is another bedroom towards the rear of the property which contains a single bed, and the family bathroom is large and has a power shower cubicle.
The garden is tiered, with the patio on the lower level and then a short flight of steps leading to the lawned tier. It’s perfect for both children and dogs, being fully enclosed.
When not enjoying the space and tranquillity of Ben Nevis, visitors can enjoy fishing, golf or exploring the depths of the Cairngorms. There’s so much walking, climbing, mountain biking and skiing to do here and many local tourist attractions worth visiting, such as the Highland Folk Museum, Highland Wildlife Park and Loch Ness. Shop 300 yards, pub 200 yards and restaurant 500 yards.
