Just spent a lovely week at this cottage. It is ideally placed for some great walks even if you are not the avid walker. The owner of the cottage was very friendly and helpful.

Superb location for a holiday cottage. The comfort suffers a little bit because of the age of the property - nothing to do with the fixtures and fittings which are all very good - where the downstairs bedrooms were distinctly chilly

A lovely homely cottage that was very easy to relax in. The lounge was lovely with the gas fire on of an evening. A good size property with everything you should need. I like the upstairs living. It was very quiet and peaceful and the owners very polite and helpful. We had a lovely walk over the Moors to Haworth and the views were amazing. The only thing with the location is you have to drive a little further for shopping and petrol but we did not mind this. Haworth has some lovely pubs and cafes. Overall a really lovely place to stay.

Probably the best “kitted out” place we have ever rented. The owner, his son, daughter in law and neighbour were all helpful, polite but not instrusive. The owner very generously supplied everything you needed - except groceries (altgough, there was fresh milk, UHT , milk, tea bags, condinments and biscuits. All the cleaning supplies and even dishwasher tabs and paper towels were supplied. The cottage itself is high spec, with amazing views, very warm and comfortable. We really enjoyed the gas fire. It is very cleverly designed and the rooms are very spacious - surprisingly so for a cottage. The driveway is rather steep - but if it were icy there in a place park across the street from the cottage and it is poosible to enter from road level via the balcony door. There is also a bus stop across the street and Haworth is served by a connecting historic railroad. I think it would be possible to stay here without having a vehicle. The cottage is located within a half mile of the Brontë museum, a pub, tea rooms and railroad. There are lots of smaller shops nearby and a co-op in Haworth. We really enjoyed our stay.

A lovely warm comfortable home. A warm welcome form owner Nigel and his Sister and beautiful border collie. We will certainly wish to return as the view is out of this world. What a wonderful place to live your life. A big thank you to all whom made our stay a comfortable enjoyable one. Love Lin, Pete, Edna, Kevin and Lily our Cockapoo xx
