The area is very popular with the Priory town of Christchurch award-winning beaches and Site of Special Scientific Interest all nearby. This three-storey family home has a showerutility room and a twin bedroom on the ground floor as well as an enclosed patio which overlooks a gently flowing stream. The first floor livingdining room with a balcony offers a light and airy space as does the well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs the second floor boasts a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room a family bathroom and two further double bedrooms.\nAs its name suggests Between The Quay and The Sea is close to both being just a 5-minute walk to the local beach the picturesque quay shop pub and restaurant. This wonderful property is also close to many sightseeing attractions. Mudeford is a quaint fishing village with great charm and history and its old fishermen’s cottages were allegedly used by smugglers. In season a ferry runs from the quay to Mudeford Spit with its colourful beach huts with walks to Hengistbury Head. Mudeford Harbour is a protected area of water and is popular with sailing and windsurfing enthusiasts. The town has a historic cinema as well as the historic Priory and The Red House Museum. Stanpit Marsh is a Site of Special Scientific Interest and the nearby wetlands are ideal for birdwatching.\nWithin easy reach are Bournemouth and Poole with their award-winning beaches and seaside attractions. Other popular places to visit include Lymington with ferries to the Isle of Wight the New Forest for pony and bike rides Studland Bay Brownsea Island Corfe Castle Swanage Exbury Gardens Kimmeridge Bay and the UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic Coast are great for outings.     Relaxing, enjoyable stay with beach and quay 2 min. away. Easy to visit other towns and sites of interest.

    Pleasantly surprised at the clean, well equipped town house. Although a little tired in places and the patio could do with a good tidy up from over-grown plants, but that didn't stop us sitting our with a glass of wine enjoying the amazing weather. The location is perfect, only 5 mins from the fab beach and waterside restaurant which serve great meals. We also enjoyed a good meal at the Lord Nelson, excellent patio at the back with children in mind. All in all, a very enjoyable holiday and we would certainly return. Thankyou.

    Lovely house, great location, plenty of space, everything supplied for our holiday. Great welcome pack to get us going. My only small issue was the patio doors are in the downstairs bedroom and it leads out to a paved patio, which was well fenced but tricky to get our dogs in and out and nowhere for them to have a wee! But great to sit out in the evening sunshine.

    Lovely holiday venue - so close to the beach and quay so lovely for walks. Plus lots of nice restaurants and cafes with sea view so great for just chilling out. Would thoroughly recommend!
