Initial fuel for wood burner included. Cot and highchair. Enclosed patio with garden furniture. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. \n\n Beudy Newydd New Barn is now unrecognisable from its original humble beginnings as the old cow shed. Beautifully renovated with original beams in the kitchen it is now a highly desirable rural retreat. The property is located about a thousand feet above sea level with views of the rolling hills and mountains from the living room and garden.\nThe accommodation comprises a kitchendining room which feels light and airy due to the high beamed ceiling contemporary yet subtle lighting and a neutral colour scheme. The open plan layout leads through to the living room where furnishings are stylish and comfortable. A wood burner is just waiting for kindling to be lit on a cold winter evening. The first bedroom is accessed from the right of the kitchen and has two windows a double bed a television and en-suite facilities. The second bedroom is accessed from the left of the kitchen via a small step and has a double bed and bunk beds. There is a very pretty little feature window here high up in the wall. The main bathroom is light and attractive with a shower over bath toilet and basin. Heated towel rails are provided in both bathrooms. The owner has built in unobtrusive speakers throughout the property so that music may be listened to wherever you are. A complimentary welcome pack comprising milk eggs tea and bread will be provided.\nThere are numerous public footpaths for walkers to enjoy and a section of the North Wales cycle route cuts through Llanllechid. In around ten minutes you may drive to Penryhn Castle owned by the National Trust with its grand rooms and attractive gardens. Or if you prefer a little retail therapy the City of Bangor is a further five minutes away. Ask for the quick route to Aber Falls and you could be at the start of a really nice and not too arduous walk in about 15 minutes to see the waterfall. Nice tea rooms Slightly further afield there are numerous attractive places to visit both seaside and hillside. If you want to feel really rural yet able to reach a vast array of tourist destinations this is the place to be. Beach 5 miles. Shop ½ mile pub 1¼ miles and restaurant 2¼ miles.\n Beudy Newydd can be booked together with Y Gorlan UK6043 to accommodate up to 10 guests. Nearly perfect would give it a score of 9.8 out of 10. The photos really do not do justice for how lovely the cottage & setting is. The views of the mountains out of the living room window were amazing. Perfect destination close to amazing walks in Snowdonia, the beaches in Anglesey & also Llandudno. We would have ended Up staying for two weeks if the cottage would have been available and will definitely stay again. Visiting nearby Bodnant Gardens is a must as they were literally the best gardens we have ever seen.

We had a great 3 day weekend away. The cottage was spacious and cosy, with amazing views of the countryside. It was in a great location, with attractions no more than an hour's drive away. We would definitely stay again in the future

Welcoming owners on arrival. Nice to find basic essentials tea, coffee, milk, butter, local bread and Welsh cakes in the kitchen. Cottage clean warm and homely. Located down the lanes on a mountain location, with great views from the windows. Would recommend staying here :)

Beautiful cottage. Owners happy to just leave you be. Log burner fab. Location perfect for just getting away from it all. Nothing in the village but then again why would there be, it's a perfect getaway. Highly recommend

This is the perfect cottage in a great location it has everything you need for stay around north wales. Its clean and tidy warm and full of character the en suit was really nice and listening to your favourite music in the bath after day scrambling up tryfan and ogwen valley(10 mins away) was nice as every room has its own speaker system you connect to your iTunes (nice touch). Also a nice touch was the complimentary bread, welsh cakes and milk. The log burner is also great with an endless supply of logs and kindling outside in the wood shed. Opening the curtains in the morning to the farms cows grazing a few feet away just gives you that feeling of being away from it all. Only thing was the bed slats in master bed are a bit worn and loose so one side dips but an easy fix. Apart from that I would highly recommend staying here and the owners are really helpful if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Having spent over 20 years, twice a year, on self catering holidays in the UK we can honestly say this is one of the best we have been to. The owners were pleasant & friendly, the cottage was perfect & the surroundings spectacular.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Beautiful views. Good location for exploring Anglesey and Snowdonia. Good layout, spacious but still feels cosy. Would def return in the future.

Lovely cottage but needs a good clean so many cob webs. The shower needs looking at as leaks all over the floor. The beds and sofa really need replacing are so old.
