Beverley House is located in the popular seaside resort of Cromer within walking distance of the beach pier and town centre with its shops pubs and restaurants. This large Victorian mid-terrace town house has been divided into five apartments that all retain period features. The upper floor apartments benefit from a birds eye view of the seaside resort. Each apartment is styled to offer a comfortable retreat to relax and unwind. Offering compact accommodation they are perfect for those wishing to self-cater or guests can benefit from the choice of takeaways and restaurants Cromer has to offer. The owners reside adjacent to the apartments should you require additional information.\nThe seaside resort of Cromer is located along the north Norfolk coast with amenities and attractions for all ages to enjoy. The town is famous for its tasty crabs wide open beaches and the traditional pier complete with a theatre. There is also a lighthouse Amazonia Zoo cliff top golf course cinema and a variety of shops restaurants and cafés to enjoy. Popular events include Carnival week normally held during the third week of August and fireworks over the water on New Year’s Day weather permitting. The neighbouring market town of Sheringham boasts the North Norfolk Steam Railway Splash Aqua leisure pool theatre museums shops cafés and restaurants. Sheringham is host to the very popular 1940’s weekend held during the month of September. Felbrigg and Blickling stately homes and Sheringham Park all owned by the National Trust are within easy reach. They are within an hour’s drive of the Norfolk Broads where you can hire a boat or go on a river trip enjoy riverside restaurants and cafés or browse around the shops. A 30-minute drive or local bus or train journey brings you to the heart of the city of Norwich with excellent shopping two indoor shopping malls market square theatre castle museum and plenty of cafés pubs and restaurants. Visit Blakeney Quay Cley-next-the-Sea and Morston harbour for a boat trip out to sea where you can watch the seals seasonal. Beach 300 yards. The apartment building is Victorian so is a shade shabby but does have a certain character that appeals to me. The apartment has the necessities but take condiments, tea, coffee, etc. as there are none provided. The apartment was warm and comfortable but it’s best feature is being located half a block from the sea.

Very disappointed with my stay at this property, the property was well below standard for Cromer.I have stayed in numerous accommodations in Cromer which have always met expectations but unfortunately this accommodation was awful to say the least, though the nightly rate of was quite reasonable for the period we booked (High peak) I still feel is was dramatically over priced.I wish that I spent extra to ensure quality which may have cost an extra £10.00 per night but the experience would have been so much better. Lets say that under no circumstances will I even venture in this place again! Firstly zero communication with the owner.Took 3 attempts to call for information about the keys, and the only communication was in the morning when we were leaving asking will we be leaving soon as need to get in to clean apartment at 9am (checkout is at 10am). Oh my.......the bed.Everything was so cheap! Bedding,pillows.....mattress was so bad that the springs were poking through. Didn't get a good night's sleep at all and was there for a week, came back home absolutely knackered!! Curtains let in light in the morning, however didn't really matter because I was fully awake all night anyway!Oven door was broken so that was out of bounds,even though I wasn't there to cook, it would be nice to have the option! When opening the kitchen cupboards all you could smell is a musky damp smell which literally took your breath away so I ensured everything was washed before using, the utensils were shocking, frying pan old and beyond use. Only one towel for the whole week!Put a note on the door for replacements which were eventually left at the door on Thursday after 5 days of being there!! TV kept cutting out so most of the time couldn't watch anything. The décor was a flash back from the 80's and I don't think it's been undated since then. Shower was okay at least there was running water.Cleanliness was pretty dismal too,dog hairs, bits on carpet and in fridge from previous stay!!

Suitable apartment for couple and one dog. Compact with everything needed for a weeks stay. Neat and tidy, comfortable bed and adequate shower room. Would use again for a stay in this area.

Stayed here for a week the Hosts are very mice the apartment was very clean and was very well equipped and had everything I need for a perfect stay 3 minutes from the sea front and at the back there is a Morrisons a five minute walk and the town along the front a nice easy stroll 10 minutes . I would definitely stay again it was a nice stay .

Nice compact apartment but bed not very comfortable (felt the springs pressing against your hips). Also difficult parking on Alfred Street on some days due to day trippers parking on the road rather than in the adjacent car park, saving on fees. The apartment was very clean and close to the towns attractions.
