Blandswath Cottage is semi-detached, situated on a working farm, within 100 acres of the owner’s land, around which visitors are free to roam, and it is also fronted by a garden with outdoor seating.
It provides an excellent base for walking the Eden Valley, the Pennine Hills and the beautiful Howgill Fells and the Lake District National Park is also easily accessible. Keen fishers can walk from the cottage to the banks of the River Eden in just a few minutes with free fishing for one available when in season. In addition to the single ticket available to guests, day fishing permits are available locally. Rambling, cycling, bird watching, horse riding, golf and fishing are just a few of the outdoor activities available in the locality. Shop and pub 3½ miles, restaurant 1½ miles.
