Friendly owners and comfortable cottage. Steep stairs but comfortable bed. Dark sitting room but lovely conservatory. Not very private if in conservatory or sitting in garden.

We really enjoyed our brief stay in Blenheim House. It was very clean and comfortable with an excellent garden. The conservatory was an added bonus too. Very well located for the RSPB Bempton Cliffs. Owners very friendly. We hope to return sometime.

Out third holiday here and it was as enjoyable as ever. The cottage is in a nice location, not too far from RSPB Bempton and the village pub. Beware of the low doorway to the main bedroom and small steps in the paving. Otherwise it's a delightful cottage with friendly hosts.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay in early December in this attractive, tastefully furnished and decorated cottage. It was warm and cosy, and we enjoyed lighting the wood fire one evening. A great treat. The owner lives nearby and is welcoming and helpful. The village has a post office/general store, and we had a very good well-priced meal at the pub. Top rating for situation close to wonderful coastal and inland scenery as well as seaside towns and villages, and even a rainy day was spent in excellent museums in Hull including the Wilberforce House and special Slavery Exhibition.
