    Kitchen/dining room: With gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, beams and door leading to garden and patio.

    First Floor:
    Bedroom 1: With double bed.
    Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
    Bedroom 3: With single bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements).
    Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

    Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. Initial fuel for open fire included, remainder by honesty box.

    Private, enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: No children under 5 years old.

    Excellent value for money, great location with brilliant views. The cottage was very clean, suitable for family or ramblers. Enjoyed the week, shame about the weather.

    Had a great weekend celebrating a 60th birthday. The cottage was perfect for us. It is in a very quiet location with amazing views to wake up to. Local amenities are close by and plentiful.

    Great cottage in a lovely valley. Good walking area and close to Harrogate, Leeds and York for city/town activities. We are active walkers and there are lots of local paths to interesting places so car sat idle most of the time. Abundant wild flowers and bird life locally. A great holiday in a lovely (large) cottage.

    A lovely little cottage which is within easy driving distance of the many things to see and do in the area. Generally very well equipped although an oven glove would be useful and the bath towels and double duvet were a little on the small side. Also suggest that the heating is timed to come on in readiness for 4pm arrivals. However, the cottage soon warms up and is very cosy. Despite the few negatives we would definitely book this cottage again.
