    This barn conversion, adjacent to the owner’s home, is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in a tranquil, secluded location. This is the ideal holiday location being just a 5-minute drive from Lands End, which boasts spectacular cliffs with breathtaking scenery, and the very popular Sennen beach, which enjoys good surf and spectacular sunsets. The white sand of this popular beach attracts families and keen surfers. St Just is the nearest town, just 3 miles away, and has a busy square with shops, a bakery, four pubs, craft shops and art galleries. The fishing village of Mousehole is 6 miles with its small sandy beach area, pretty harbour, narrow twisting streets lined with excellent restaurants and pubs, or slightly further is St Ives, 12 miles. Penzance is also worth a visit, with its wealth of amenities including museums, fishing, golf, tennis and horse riding, as well as day trips to the Isles of Scilly. St Michael’s Mount at Marazion is a further 3 miles from Penzance. There is easy access to spectacular walks in the surrounding countryside and the coastal path to Cape Cornwall in one direction and Land’s End in the other. For cultural enthusiasts the St Ives Tate Gallery is on offer or the open air Minack Theatre at Porthcurno. The area has a number of golf courses, watersports, cycle hire and sub-tropical gardens to explore. Shop and pub 3 miles.

    We just spent our 4th time at Bowji and we love it. It is peaceful, comfortable, spacious and close to the best beaches in Cornwall. It's great for our 2 dogs and we love the hot tub. The owners are very helpful and kind. Can't wait to go again!

    We stayed at the Bowji for my Mrs birthday, we took our two pugs with us. The cottage is lovely with nice walks from the cottage and also plenty of others a short drive away. The main shoppng areas with nice pubs are in Penzance (15 mins drive away). also 5/10 mins away from Lands end, and 20 mins from Hayle (with Philps in our opinion the best pasty shop in cornwall). The cottage is lovely and was very welcoming, especially with the heated floor. The hot tub was lovely. We had a great week and the mrs had an a fantastic birthday will 100% book again.

    Stunning cottage in beautiful surroundings. Went with my husband and dog to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. We done lots of site seeing of the surrounding area. Breath taking views. Would definitely recommend this lovely cottage.

    Bowji was a very comfortable cottage in a perfect location for our time exploring Penwith. It was also heaven for us and our 2 dogs with lots of walks nearby and a safe field for them to run free in. A highly recommended place to stay for a week in Cornwall.

    Fantastic location for tourist stuff, remote location and it’s very dog friendly. We can’t fault anything to do with apartment it’s location or the facilities! Penzance is not far away and the views on a clear day are breath taking. The owners were found to be attentive if you need them but invisible if you didn’t! We would definitely recommend this to anyone!

    We were a family of 4 with 1 dog. Bowji was very comfortable and location was excellent. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a busy day. Bowji is Slightly overlooked by the owners and other homeowners / holiday makers - you can be spotted getting in and out of the hot tub due to the low gate.

    A wonderful welcome awaited us at this beautiful Cottage with fresh flowers and a cream tea. This cottage is like a tardis and very tastefully decorated throughout. Dogs welcomed & have an enclosed safe area. Comfortable, clean, well equipped and the hot tub was a bonus. The cottage is situated down twisty Cornish narrow country lanes for single traffic and from time to time cut ins for vehicles to pass and its away from it all. Very quiet and relaxing and no noise of traffic. The cottage is set between Farm lands with sheep, hens and cockrals plus wild rabbits. The owners of the cottage are very friendly but don’t intrude on your holiday. The small village of St Just is about 10 -15 mins away where there are a few pubs were Dogs are welcomed plus fresh fish & chips, a bakery and a convenience store for any fresh provisions required. I fully recommend this cottage for anyone wanting a peaceful cottage away from it all and I would definitely return.
