Fantastic holiday. Cottage was very comfortable and in lovely quiet location but only a few minutes to town centre.

Unfortunately the photos don’t show the close proximity of delapidated and rusty sheds. No outlook or view. Chipped and broken crockery, 1 tea towel, no lid to close on kitchen bin, no vanity or shaving mirror. Broken flush to small loo. Dirty and limescaled shower, blocked shower trap we had to clean before use, stained blinds and mattress, Sofas uncomfortable, 4 seats for a 5 person cottage. Windows covered in hand prints and dog slobber. Only thing was the decent WiFi. We thought it was overpriced out of season never mind in school holidays. Would not go back.

Good walks for the dog starting on the doorstep, however parts of the footpaths had been blocked by the farmers either ploughing the pathway or by cattle in the field, so a few detours required here. My only dislike was the considerable amount of chipped crockery and glassware.

The cottage was nice and reasonably well equipped, however the photos don't show how tight vehicular access and parking is, also it would have been nice to have been greeted by someone to let us in and explain how the needlessly complicated lighting system worked. Having said that it was warm and comfortable and very peaceful.

Photos looked very good though revealed clever exclusion of numerous derelict ex poultry buildings and low key large working yard of sublets. Beds very clean and comfortable - 2nd bedroom tight for space. Shower blocked with human hair but was very promptly dealt with. Kitchen great - hob was brilliant . Spare light bulbs would help as would a coffee table. Excellent power shower though would benefit from grab rails, hook rail for body mops and shelf. Location rather isolated but felt quite safe. Yes - sofas uncomfortable -a pity. Felt costing was fair enough with discount offered as a bit out of season.

When you first arrive you think It is really nice but it’s not until you are settling in that you see the faults. Sofa terribly uncomfortable, plates and cups chipped and dirty .. had to wash them all before using them for the first time. The whole cottage wasn’t very clean but the by far the worst thing was the broken shower. Kept flooding so much onto the floor of the bathroom as the the shower door is broken and the plug hole is blocked . This meant I had to keep turning the shower off and wait for it to drain. Before you reply back with if you had rang us we could of done something about it ... think again .. because people have been giving negative comments about the shower and sofa since June of this year and you still haven’t done anything about it so me ringing you would of made zero difference

Lovely cottage (well equipped and very clean) in a beautiful location; secluded yet within easy reach of both Lechlade and Fairford. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again.

A nice, clean and pleasant cottage, had no problems and enjoyed ourselves. Perfect for our two small dogs. Only slight problem was that the T.V. was set to a base language of German (I think) which made using the smart service a bit problematical as we could not find out how to reset it (menu in same ).

Not the best cottage. could do with some TLC to upgrade the furnishings and contents i.e. crockery, glasses, too soft sofas, no clock etc. Mattresses excellent. Good nights sleep.

Well equipped and spacious cottage, idyllic and quiet location, very convenient for a family with kids and dogs as it’s on one level with hard flooring. The kitchen is very well organised and equipped and beds were comfy. Definitely one to revisit.
