The popular seaside village of Allonby is only three miles away with restaurants shops pubs and swimming pool. The sand and shingle beach has stunning views across the Solway to Scotland and is ideal for dog walking or just relax and let the children play in the sand and paddle in the water. The Victorian seaside town of Silloth is a 10 min drive away. Maryport is a 15 min drive with attractions for all the family including Lake District Coast Aquarium and ‘The Wave’ visitor centre.     A very spacious and comfortable house with everything you are likely to need available. Good dog walking available at Mawbray banks and Allonby. Plentiful parking and storage and a well maintained garden at the rear which would be great in the summer (we went in October). A very enjoyable visit which I would like to repeat in Spring or Summer.

    Excellent facilities and a comfortable stay - everything has been thought of, we couldn't have wanted anything else - both our four legged friends and us were considered the whole time. Thank you for making it such a great experience.

    It’s a wonderful place for a quiet holiday where you take long walks on the beach, and settle down to read a book in the evening, or when the weather dictates. The house is equipped better than our own home, with everything you can need in the kitchen, books and games to have family fun. A great place.
