Lovely location, cosy cottage. Beautiful views of stars at night too. We enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was clean and adequately supplied with what we needed for a weeks stay. The owner was very helpful and friendly. There was some evidence of wear and tear in the cottage, but this is to be expected in such a popular area. There was so much to do and see during our week that we could have done with more time, which is just as well because the TV reception was dreadful.

Poorly presented cottage, definitely not worth what we paid. For example: shower room with extractor fan not functioning, toilet seat would not stay up, light/shower master/heater switches to close to door, kitchen hot tap positively dangerous (too hot and powerful flow), electrical socket covered with yellow tape, unable to close French doors except by using lock & key, (door handle latch not engaging with strike plate), furniture very basic especially the two small armchairs, main bedroom far too small to accommodate double bed and chest of drawers with no wardrobe. Too much seems to have been done 'on the cheap'. And a visit from the site owner would have been appreciated!

Lovely place. Lisa came and welcomed us and was very friendly. We were even running late on check in, but this was not a problem for Lisa. Lovely cottage with your own enclosed garden. We would recommend getting mosquito coils as the cottage is situated right next to a rather large pond. Overall a lovely place, we will definitely be staying here again.
