Wir hatten ruhige und erholsame Tage im Briar Cottage. Schön gelegen absolut hundefreundliche Unterkunft, sehr gut ausgestattet, schöne Spazierwege , netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Beautiful cottage, perfectly situated for dog walkers, cosy, warm, great wifi, comfy beds and sofas, great kitchen and shower. Basically there was almost nothing to be improved. We have a larger car, which despite best efforts wouldn't fit in the provided garage (3" too long) so we parked at the waterfront not even 1 minute away. Both days it was busy with cars but we had no issue parking, though I can imagine the summer would be different. All in all loved every minute of the stay.

Beautiful and well situated cottage in a lovely area. Plenty of walks from the door and only a short drive to places of interest. Only niggle I would have is not being able to park at the cottage door to unpack the car......a narrow path leads to it between two properties.....but this only because we had a babe on board! Otherwise we loved it and wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Such a charming little cottage, light and spacious and very comfortable. A little secret hideaway in a lovely quiet location and right on top of a little bay. Very dog friendly, and welcoming. Flowers and cookies for us and Kangaroo treats for our dog who holidayed with us. Everything was just right and we would love to stay again. Felt absolutely at home, loved it.

A stunning cottage in a tranquil location positioned a stones throw to Chichester Harbour and it’s many lovely scenic walks and dog friendly pubs. A definite cottage worth visiting.

I love Briar Cottage and would definitely recommend it and return there myself in the future. It is a lovely roomy, comfortable bungalow, with some lovely features. All the rooms are of a good size and well equipped with everything that could be needed. I also appreciated the little welcome gifts I discovered on arrival - bread, milk and cookies - plus tea, coffee, sugar and lots of cooking herbs etc which were not expected. The only things I marked it down for are the parking and TV. There is no driveway where a car can be left - there is a garage but my car is rather large and so I was unable to use the garage. There are instructions not to park outside the garage as it causes an obstruction. I had to park my car 50 yards up the road on the sea front. There is no TV signal at the bungalow and so FreeSat has been installed - that, together with a DVD player, was perfectly adequate for my purposes. These problems obviously will not deter me from returning and I definitely intend going back there in the future. Thank you to the owners for all their efforts.

The cottage is fabulous - really high standard. Disappointing in relation to the local beach which is not child friendly and cannot really be described as a beach as more an esturary. Welcome pack and personal email re directions was lovely and snuggle rug and doggy treats excellant. Garden was fabulous and parking great.

We had a great time with our dog exploring the Sussex coast from Briar Cottage. The place had all the facilities needed for the time we did spend in plus a nice enclosed garden! It’s walking distance to the coastal path, good pubs and local shops.

This is a beautiful little cottage with every thing you need for a holiday break and more. It is quiet and the two gardens are full of birds and beautifully planted. A previous holidaymaker had commented on the work still to be done to one of the areas, but in real terms the outside space is already lovely, practical and very inviting. The proximity to the shore at Prinsted is an added bonus, especially for walkers and dog owners. We spent a very happy few days there and I will certainly be returning!!

We would certainly come here again. The Cottage is surprisingly large and the garden secure for our small dog. The surrounding area is delightfull and I have only marked it as 9 because I never give 10 on these surveys!
