Lovely weekend staying at the cottage-enjoyed relaxing by the fire and pottering around Rye, had a very windy walk along camber sands, which our dog loved

Conveniently situated. En - suite a bonus as bathroom is downstairs although noisy and sometimes the flush had a mind of it's own! Mind your head on the low part of the ceiling in the bedroom! Cricket ground at back good for dog owners although low tree branch makes access a little awkward. Cosy and comfortable.

Great base to explore Rye and the surrounding areas, the house was warm and cosy with quirky steep stairs full of character! A great log burner worked really well, all the equipment anyone might need, games, DVDs and so on. If you go, visit the excellent Waterworks micro pub a few minutes away and buy something you didn’t know you wanted (everything in there is for sale!!)

Very comfortable house in great position . Unfortunately the heating was not on when we arrived on a very cold day and it took some time for the house to get warm . Also we couldn't get the shower to work and the outside light in the garden was not working so it was difficult to check on the dog in the garden . We enjoyed our stay however as we love Rye and were celebrating my husbands 70th birthday

Spent four nights here in October, had a fabulous time at this lovely cottage, despite the weather! The cottage was perfect for us with our dogs due to the enclosed garden and recreation ground and parking directly behind the cottage. The cottage was clean and very well equipped, with the added bonus of milk in the fridge, a bottle of Kent apple juice, biscuits and crisps. The cottage is just a few minutes walk from the beautiful town and all it has to offer. Highly recommend and would return.

Had a great family holiday here. Cottage had everything we needed, as did Rye.

Just returned from a few days in Rye, the cottage was ideal for us, very clean, characterful and cosy. The location was fantastic, with a park with great play equipment a short stroll away, and minutes from the centre of Rye, we would definitely return.

lovely cottage great location within walking distance of everything we wanted to do.

The cottage was comfortable enough and well equipped to be able to do basic meals but the overall cleanliness wasn’t up to my standard. The floors under the sofas and furniture hadn’t been swept and were covered in dirt and dust.
