Was moved from Bridge House the evening of our arrival to New Pastures a lower rated property. Awoken on Saturday with a sofa being delivered and texted at 22.35 on the Saturday evening to ask when we were leaving! Overall not a good experience. Property is furnished more for students than holiday rental. All reviews were accurate. Overall clean but cobwebs, stained carpets, handles of bedroom door, wardrobes you couldn’t open with backs hanging off, mouldy bathroom Lino and shower cubicle, done holes/damage to walls. Would not book any property owned by Tom Hartley again!

Wonderful place with superb garden. Needs some relatively minor refurb work though on the house.

The hot tub area needs a lot of work. There was holes in the decking, un even wobbly parks of decking and it was very over grown and looked shabby the step down was rather large too.The hot tub didn't seem to have much power either. The inside was ok but could really do with updating, the decor didn't affect our stay however I was really dissapointed with the hot tub area.

We have had the opportunity to visit and stay at Bridge House twice already this year. Lovely accommodation and very helpful owners and staff. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying in this area
