The hot tub area needs a lot of work. There was holes in the decking, un even wobbly parks of decking and it was very over grown and looked shabby the step down was rather large too.The hot tub didn't seem to have much power either. The inside was ok but could really do with updating, the decor didn't affect our stay however I was really dissapointed with the hot tub area.

Lovely place and friendly staff. Only comment was that it is for 6 people really not 8. As the sofa bed is located in the conservatory which is very strange! There is a camp bed also in a cupboard. But as there was only 7 of us 1 just slept on the sofa. which was not an issue. Hot tub was great but could just do with some more lighting down there for use at night. :)

7 adults stayed for a girly weekend. The house needs a deep clean, lots of dust and cobwebs. Bedding and furnishings need refreshing, dated and tired. Basic kitchen items missing, no batteries in any of the television remotes, no wifi and the house alarm went off at 2.30am with no idea how to turn it off due to difficulty in closing back door. Eventually got hold of someone over the phone that advised us. This information should be in the welcome pack or told upon arrival. Someone did come to us in the morning and rectify all the issues. Much appreciated. Hot tub absolutely fab although the bubble settings did not work and outside lighting would be beneficial. Although stated to sleep 8 adults the dining table and lounge area only seat 6 and the bed in double room is small. Bunk bed room more suitable for children. Regardless of these small issues we had a fab weekend relaxing, eating, drinking bubbles in the hot tub and watching dvds. Would love to return again soon.
