On road parking. No smoking.\n\n This cosy semi-detached cottage is situated in the bustling seaside town of Largs with its shops restaurants and promenade. Ideally located to explore the islands of Cumbrae Arran and the Isle of Bute and ferries also run to Dunoon and the Cowal Peninsula giving access to Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. Ayrshire offers a varying coastline with villages beaches and rocky coves to explore and is an ideal location for cyclists and walkers with Skelmorlie heralding the start of the Ayrshire Coastal Path a 100-mile long coastal walk. Inland there is walking cycling horse riding fishing racing gardens and castles to visit and a choice of golf courses including the world famous Turnberry. Culzean Castle Country Park extending over 550 acres has a network of wooded trails passing along the beach. Glasgow and Edinburgh are easily reached for a day trip with rail links available from the town. Beach 250 yards. Shop pub and restaurant 250 yards.     Good location for seafront and shops. Located in a busy terrace, I did get parked quite easily near the house. Convenience store near house. Cottage warm and clean. Master bedroom had a very comfy bed. Dining seating and table was only for 2. Owner could add a couple of pots and pans for cooks but otherwise it well equipped with eye level fridge and modern cooker. Polite and Helpful and communicative owner.

    No internet poor tv second bedroom smells badly of dogs so could not use seating in main room uncomfortable as was bed ,sorry to have to comment but also no information to help with the property or the area had to sort it for ourselves ...not a rental I would recommend

    Stayed here with 2 young children and our dog. The cottage has everything you need and is an excellent location close to shops and restaurants as well as the promenade and ferry terminal. We had a great break here and would highly recommend.

    Initially, the 'cottage' seemed acceptable accommodation. However, I opened the kitchen cutlery drawer and found human hairs, off the end of a razor, in the compartment with the teaspoons. The plastic cover off the razor was still in the drawer. It was disgusting. We then discovered that the toilet seat cover did not fit the toilet bowl and was indeed cracked. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and we needed a towel stuffed into the seam of this wall to stop the floor flooding over. Intending to grill bacon in the oven we took out the grill tray to find it was full of dissolved fat. We have never felt so disgusted and have never in all our years of holidaying in self-catering accommodation all over Scotland found anything like this! All in all, we are disgusted at the lack of cleanliness and the obvious lack of checking by whoever was in charge of this. It was as if the cottage had never been cleaned at all.

    We stayed here at the beginning of May for a week. The cottage was clean, quiet and comfy and had everything you would need. The only thing that wasn't there was Internet but then sometimes it's good to come off it for a week and there are plenty of places in town you can get free WiFi. The cottage is only a short walk from the town centre. There are also two convenience stores just near the cottage and a very short walk from Farmfoods. The two bedrooms are comfy. The open plan living/kitchen is also comfy and well equipped. In all, we enjoyed our stay at Brisbane and would definitely recommend to friends and family and would go back again.

    The holiday let was in a fabulous place, cooking would benefit from some more pots n pans and beds are past there best. Had a lovely time and was fortunate to have nice weather the 5nights we were there

    Very cosy cottage and very close to all that Largs has to offer. The only real downside for us was the first lack of wi fi . However this was a good excuse to visit Wetherspoons and use their free wi fi
