Lovely clean and well equipped cottage. The owners were lovely, nothing too much trouble, and very thoughtful with the little things, like the cream tea left for our arrival. Will definitely be going back.

My stay here was amazing, lovely hosts and all the little extra touches are fab. Felt like a home from home couldn’t have asked for better the cottage had everything you needed and more!!

Well, the property is advertised as a cottage when in actual fact it is an extension on the rear of the property where the host resides. I also found that there is an internal door from the bedroom to the hosts property. Very strange and uncomfortable. There were cobwebs all over the place. Hair on the bed linen... Not nice. Hot Tub... So to our surprise we were told that we cannot use the hot tub before noon and not after 9:00pm. I'm sorry, but if I've paid for a facility, I expect to use it whenever I want throughout my stay otherwise this should be advertised. As it was not, the property advertisement is misleading. Furthermore, to access the hot tub, you need to walk about 20 meters across the driveway. In full view of the public road and make your way behind the neighbors property, and there you will find the hot tub. Yes, not what I expected at all. However, on the plus side the host was very nice and welcoming.

A great cottage well placed for all the Welsh resorts such as Rhyl, Llandudno and Conwy. Cottage is a good size and the hottub is well maintained by the owners who are fantastic. Just a few miles to kinmel beach and the local town has three mini supermarkets, a chippy, chinese takeaway and a pub. The owners are really welcoming and provide loads of information about the local area. Highly recommended and will definately be returning.
