Lovely wknd here. Was quite expensive for the size of it when comparing it to other cottages I have stayed in. But no complaints and would stay again.

Cottage was well equipped and the location couldn't have been better, with restaurants, pubs and shops very close at hand. The village itself had plenty of shops to meet your daily needs, an excellent fish and chip shop and was central to all the obvious attractions of the new forest area.

Nice open plan kitchen/dining/living space downstairs and a good size garden (with a BBQ if you fancy it, though we had planned our meals in advance). Love that the owners had considered pretty much everything we would need in our home away from home and especially items for their younger guests - our little boy included - toys, high chairs, stair gate, etc. were all provided.
A couple of minor niggles - the shower was a little hot (none of us seemed able to reduce the temperature using the thermostat!) and there were a few "hidden" spots that had been missed when the property was cleaned - but all in all a very nice tidy, light, spacious and well situated holiday cottage to stay. We will certainly consider staying here again in future.
This is a great property. Really nicely fitted out. It’s for everything you need. Very modern and comfortable. Spot on.
This is a very comfortable, modern, well equipped house on the main road through Brockenhurst. We travelled with a baby and found the house to provide everything we needed for him. There were 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs and a great variety of suitable toys.
The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed and modern.
Brockenhurst has a good variety of shops, which were only a short walk away.
We would definitely use this cottage again.
