On street parking.\n\nBroom Cottage is a traditional cosy ’Duck and Dive’ cottage with lots of character and charm located in a tranquil location yet within easy reach of all the amenities of the historic town of Whitby. The lovely garden is south facing and has a shared access with the cottage next door. You can enjoy the sun all day whilst relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine or dining alfresco. It is an ideal base for a couple with a small dog looking to explore this beautiful coastline or the North York Moors National Park areas.     We had a lovely stay at Broom Cottage everything was spotlessly clean nice and homely and cozy Everything you need is there We would love to return again There was fresh flowers, milk,tea and coffee and as we arrived late this much appreciated Enclosed garden which was great for our dog

    The cottage is lovely, very bijoux . Garden is great for the dog. Great location, just a short walk from the town where all the amenities and attractions are. This cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility

    Overall we enjoyed it, the cottage IS small and there was no recliner chair as shown in the advert, parking was difficult as the road outside was full of cars each day and if you wanted to go out in the car it was likely you wouldn't get a place when you returned. The cottage was spotless and the garden was a delight.

    This cottage is in an ideal quiet location within easy walking distance to front, pubs & eateries. It is tiny but cute we renamed it the “hobbit house”. We managed to cook a full english in the tiny kitchen area so more than adequate. The cottage has everything you need for your stay. The shower is small but again was ok for us. When we were there a heat wave was forecast so we took our own fans which we very much needed in the bedroom as its in the loft. Lovely little cottage & we would definitely stay again.
