Comfortable stay but unfortunately the kitchen needed a good clean. It was full of flies when we arrived. Freezer badly in need of defrosting.

Very spacious old beamed house with bags of character. Excellent for us and our extended family (3 generations). Good outside space with enclosed private garden. A bit dusty and cobwebby in places. It was awkward to use the 2 car private parking as the parking space is shared with the holiday home next door.

A great cottage for a large group. Lots of bedrooms spread around the house. Plenty of bathrooms. A large kitchen and living room. Great facilities. Pub close by although it has very limited food menu but otherwise a great weekend in a great cottage. We will be back.

A group of us including young children stayed over New Year and had a fantastic time. The cottage was a great size with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was a lovely sized room with the AGA. We had several day trips, local walks and were not short of things to do. A very well equipped cottage with a friendly and approachable owner. Would highly recommend and we have booked to stay again. The only downside was that the pub was closed but we did not miss it!
