We were greeted with homemade cakes on arrival, a lovely touch. Great cottage which kept all 8 of us entertained from the games room to the hot tub. The cottage is very private and secluded which suited us but only a 5 minute drive to Bala. A good central location to visit other places in the region such as Portmieron, Harlech and Snowdonia national park.

Amazing cottage, jacuzzi is always kept warm so you can use anytime, there is a games console (Xbox) as well to play with, kitchen is the perfect size for 8, speakers included which you could connect to Bluetooth although could not connect apple devices for some reason. WiFi working, dish washer available to use too. Games room is amazing with darts, pool table for free, table football and table tennis which was perfect for 8 of us lads As we first entered the house, there was delicious home made cupcakes and biscuits and a small jug of milk which allowed us to have a great cuppa!! Rooms are good size, everything clean, toilets are good too

Lovely weekend at Bryn Melyn. Cottage absolutely gorgeous, with an added bonus of a hot tub and games room. Not much to do locally but an amazing Indian in town 'Bala Spice' that you can eat in or order. Would definitely go back for a quiet holiday.

Wonderful stay at the cottage our group of 8 adults had a lovely time. Even though their were 8 adults in the group the cottage still had lots of room for people to do what they wanted on our break.

We had a lovely week at Bryn Melyn. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Surrounding area is beautiful, the only slight downside was the lack of certain attractions opening in winter but this was not too much of an issue, we will just have to visit again in summer.
