The cottage was very well equipped and very clean. The village was an ideal base for visiting the coast and inland visitor attractions. It was useful having a shop close by.

We stayed at Bryn Taff so that we could visit family members in the area, and that worked very well. The cottage was clean and cosy with all the facilities that we needed and just a short stroll from places to walk our dog. The people in the village were very friendly, so we weren't made to feel like strangers. The weather could have been better but that is always in the lap of the gods. Carol was on hand to help if we needed it and was a very welcoming host. So, all in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

As it was a Customers' Choice Award cottage we expected it to be perfect. However - the shower was very small. The mattress was too small for the bed and you could feel that you were laying on the springs. The sofa looked nice but it was uncomfortable/worn out.

Had trouble with the cleanliness, had to wash up everything before using it due to dirt and grease. Dog hairs over the living room floor, and a dirty and broken shower cubicle door. Lovely place but would not stay again due to the cleanliness

There was everything we could possibly need, a nice little hamper and milk in the fridge on arrival. The only downside the bed wasn't that comfortable, otherwise nothing to fault with the cottage. Would stay again.
