Had a lovely few days at Bullrushes. Clean with all basic facilities. Great location and a short walk to local shops and amenities. Nothing negative to say.

Horning is a favourite place, and this accommodation suited us well.

A lovely cosy house in a beautiful location. Ideally situated in the middle of Horning village so the perfect distance for a walk to the shops or local pub. House had lovely facilities and beds were really comfortable. If you like fishing then the huge riverside garden is amazing and the fishing was excellent. Great communication from the owners too and very friendly and informative. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful week at Bullrushes. Very comfortable, well equipped cottage in ideal location for touring the Broads. Very relaxing week with fishing from the end of the garden. Even for non fishermen it is an ideal place to relax with a book or watch the world go by. Walking distance to pubs and all amenities.

Another fabulous holiday at Bullrushes, our third visit and the second since Chris and Jackie took ownership. There are even more improvements since our last visit including a lovely comfy new bed. Every thing was clean and tidy and you get the feeling you are staying at a place which the owners really care about. Horning is a small village but there are a selection of pubs and restaurants within walking distance including a fantastic fish restaurant if you love seafood.

Very nice, clean, comfortable accommodation. Very good for two adults and two children but probably a bit small for four adults. Lovely location.
