Wonderful cottage to rent. Three of us had a delightful stay. All was as described if not better. Both the cottage and garden we well looked after. The hosts made us very welcome with a hamper on arrival, milk in the fridge and everything we could have needed on arrival.

A beautiful cottage with all the amenities that you would ever need, in a beautiful location. A very big welcome from Nicole with a welcome basket full of useful items. The cottage had a lovely garden where a deer visited us one evening. Very handy location to visit Stratford, Warwick, some nice places to eat nearby too. Thoroughly enjoyed it and thank you to Nicole for making it special with all the little personal touches.

An excellent location with many places to visit nearby. In a quiet village with a lovely garden space which we used every morning to have breakfast. The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed. We were met with a lovely welcome basket of goodies which was a very nice touch.

I could not have scored it any higher, but if I could have I would have. Communication before arrival was second to none and everything in the cottage is thought of. Nicole has a good eye for detail. The welcome basket is an especially nice touch. Very secluded garden and we were lucky to have good weather to enjoy it.

this was a lovely cottage in lovely surroundings. Our only gripe was that the local pubs were not within walking distance.

Lovely cottage. Everything provided for and instructions clear and simple. Shame dining room so far. Ok for evening but not so good for breakfast. Thank you for your attention to detail.

A very beautiful cottage. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone. The "welcome "package was an added bonus and much appreciated, as was the dinning room table being laid for our arrival.

A well appointed cottage in a peaceful hamlet, a lovely welcome hamper, and fire ready to light. We had a lovely week.

We spent a four day break at the cottage. It is located in the very small village of Pillerton Hersey which has good access from every direction. The village has no shop or facilities but it is not too far to go elsewhere to find services. Pillerton Hersey does provide good access to some splendid parts of the countryside and within easy range of several National Trust properties, the canal, and of course the towns of Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa and Kenilworth so there's plenty to do and see. The cottage is surprisingly large, with two full sized double bedrooms each en-suite. A separate dining room and little study area plus a very long galley-style kitchen plus a utility and downstairs toilet give you lots of space. The garden is very nice and would prove a lovely sun-trap in summer with the benefit of outside seating and a barbecue to hand. We noticed that some previous visitors had suggested a blind or curtain at the smaller lounge window and at the dining room window and we would agree. Whilst this isn't a big problem at all, it would certainly enhance the atmosphere and cosiness. In addition a curtain across the arch to the kitchen would help conserve heating - although we would say that the cottage was plenty warm enough. There are a lot of added touches to greet visitors and ensure your comfort. The owners are very thoughtful and attentive. We would not hesitate to recommend this cottage for two couples (like we did) or for a family as the second bedroom can be a twin room.
