Fantastic weekend in a fantastic cottage

Had a lovely week in this beautiful little cottage. Very private and cosy. Owners were very kind and helpful and made us very welcome. The hot tub was a real highlight. Took about 4 hours to heat first time but then was lovely and warm and just needed a short time to bring up to temperature. A real treat. Would definitely recommend this cottage to others and look forward to visiting again! Thank you. 👍🏻

The cottage was lovely, very quaint and perfectly sized. It is a distance from any main towns (Welshpool being the closest) yet this would never put me off staying there again. Melvin the owner was an excellent host, able to drop by if there was an issue (which there was, yet it was sorted quickly and efficiently with no detriment to our stay), and the cake on arrival was a very nice homely touch.

This is our 3rd stay. We just love this little gateaway. Melvin and Louisa are fantastic hosts. A beautiful cottage. We had a wonderful Christmas and will be back again. Thank you.

Our 3rd visit in 18 months, and another great escape in the quietness of the cottage and the relaxation brought by the open air hot tub. Turn left out of the driveway and it’s just 10 minute drive to Welshpool which has some great shops and cafes. Turn right out the driveway and easily drive into the heart of the fantastic Welsh countryside. Back in the cottage, with the wood burner making it very warm & cosy, you will feel detached from the hurried and pressurised pace of normal life.

Absolutely loved our stay. The only downfall was that we had to drive out a fair distance to any shop or for food as no where seemed to deliver. But otherwise it was a beautiful location, very helpful and friendly owners, the place was spotless and so inviting! We will definitely return!

Lovely little cottage, homely and cosy, however not much around there to do you deffo need a car and a satnav unless your from the area. Cottage was spotless bed was comfy only thing I would say is it's either freezing or roasting we couldnt get the hang of the heaters. Melvin was a lovely and friendly man he even offered to drive us to the village if we wanted a night out. All the locals in the pubs were lovely and friendly aswell. It did rain the whole 3 days we were there so didnt really go walking threw the farm or trails etc but am sure they would be lovely.
