Lovely accommodation Very clean Well equipped Really nice and warm Ideal for larger groups Decent pub in walking distance Plenty of countryside walks from door Only down side for me was I like to walk into a village and there wasn’t much in Roche. I like to walk to coastal walks and we were too far away, but not to far with a car

Great place to stay would definitely recommend this place for a holiday in Cornwall. Only one thing I would change is the downstairs mattress
