Enclosed patio with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. \n Both properties Underfloor central heating electricity bed linen and towels included. Cot and highchair. Portable BBQ. No smoking. These two barn conversions are set on a delightful working farm in a wonderful position overlooking the River Torridge the Iron Bridge and further down river towards Bideford. The barn conversions offer comfortable accommodation for various size parties and are suitable for a holiday at any time of year.\nThe farm nestles at the end of a long private driveway and offers total peace and seclusion in the Devon countryside there are 200 acres of farmland with garden furniture and barbecue as well as some lovely woodland walks around the farm itself and the nearby Tarka Trail close to the farm.\nJust 2 miles from the historic market town of Bideford with its wealth of popular pubs shops and restaurants and a little further afield is Barnstaple with a wide variety of facilities. Just a short drive takes you to Westward Ho with its 2 miles of golden sandy beach. Other attractions include Dartington Crystal and RHS Rosemoor Gardens.     A lovely relaxing week spent in this comfortable converted cart barn. We're used to a bigger bed but the 5' double was comfortable. We'll definitely be returning.

    Alovely cottage in a beautiful location if slightly remote.Our host was extremely friendly and helpful and I would recommend this cottage to anyone wanting a peaceful holiday in a beautiful location yet only five minutes from a supermarket and Bideford town centre .

    What a wonderful place to stay, made to feel so welcome on the farm. Can come and go as you please and walk around the farm land. Lovely local places and excursions. Can’t wait to return to this fabulous get away

    Beautiful cottage, with all the comfort you need for a relaxing away from it all break. It is in a superb position on a farm, with beautiful views down to the river Torridge from the property & views over the sweeping countryside around. The owners are around the farm and on hand if you need them for any advice. There is Wi-fi in the property, but is, as described in the information book “a little hit or miss”. However it is a bit better if you are able to sit “out back” on the garden furniture. All in all a superb property in a peaceful position and thoroughly recommended.

    We have stayed in many pet friendly accommodations, most of them with the owners residing nearby. All of them except this one, the owners introduced themselves. The only member of the owners family we encountered was their very friendly Springer spaniel named Jerry. Fortunately we have found better cottages.

    Quality accommodation with great views. Well equipped overall, although Wi-Fi connection was almost non-existent. Mobile phone connection good.

    The cottage was lovely, warm, inviting and had all the amenities you could ask for. We were stuck though as neither myself or my husband could drive whilst there and so we only managed to walk around the farm whilst there. We didn't have a mible and the WiFi signal was very unpredictable. This meant we had to talk to each other!! :-)
