In the centre of Minucciano, a lovely village standing on a rocky spur on the border between Lunigiana and Garfagnana, this three-storey holiday apartment makes the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful part of Italy. Although there is no parking immediately outside the property, there is a car park 250m, which can be reached by walking along an enchanting little paved road that crosses the picturesque village with stone houses, wrought iron street lamps and the ancient tower, once used for military purposes and now used as a bell tower of the parish church. The whole village is a pedestrian zone and is dominated by Mount Pisanino, the highest peak of the Apuan Alps. Thanks to its position, the climate is cool and breezy. Do not miss a visit to the Hermitage Beata Vergine, 2km, and the Archaeological Park. Lake Gramolazzo, 6km, with picnic areas and a restaurant, makes for a lovely day out. Sailing classes and pedal boats are also available on the lake. Many excursions are available in the local area. Shop and restaurant 6km.
