This characteristic Umbrian farmhouse is part of a property dating back to the 17th century. There are 3 units on site, the farmhouse, an annexe (a few metres away), and the third property occasionally occupied by the owners. Overlooking the surrounding countryside, the main building enjoys the most panoramic views and from its patio guests can enjoy a stunning view over the pool to the gently rolling Umbrian hills. The well kept garden is for the exclusive use of guests, and there is also an infinity pool and a large equipped and furnished gazebo, ideal for al fresco dining or just relaxing in the shade. For those who enjoy a barbecue, there is a stone made outdoor barbecue with kitchen and fireplace. Guests receive a complimentary dinner with local wines and traditional Umbrian dishes, made of organic products from the owners’ vegetable garden. These buildings have been lovingly restored with care and attention, and by using only authentic and fine materials. The furnishings are antiques and the barbecue tiles are from Sicily. In summertime the area around Todi is rich in food and wine festivals and also cultural and musical events. The medieval and characteristic castle of Petroro, partly belonging to the house owner, is just 150m away. Attractions and places to visit include Todi, 8km, Montefalco (known as the balcony of Umbria), 20km, Spoleto and Perugia both 40km, and Assisi and Orvieto can both be reached within 55km. Roma is 142km, Siena is 145km and Florence is 190km. Shop and restaurant 5km.
