Woodland Roost (ref WN72) is a detached hideaway located within a woodland garden and Cedar Rest (ref WN82) and Coastal Retreat (ref 28519) are delightful wings of the owners’ 16th-century hillside farmhouse. Ceilwart Cottage (ref WN73) is situated in a beautiful, terraced garden, with patio, BBQ and patio furniture, and the flat roof of the sun terrace was repaired in 2021. Having strong green credentials with its solar panels for hot water, a ground source heat pump for the comfortable central heating and cosy sheep’s’ wool insulation, not forgetting the triple glazed windows and the UV filtered natural spring water. They all overlook the owners’ field, and are only a mile away from the town of Barmouth, with its choice of shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants. A steep walk across the road takes you to the promenade and a beautiful sandy beach. Close by are all the amenities of the Snowdonia National Park, Harlech with its castle and golf course, Portmeirion, and steam trains run from Porthmadog. They are secluded but not isolated, with horse riding, fishing and mountain bike centres within an easy drive. Beach 1¼ miles. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile.
