The front door opens into the main hall, from which you can access the study, dining room, and the drawing room with French doors opening onto the garden, and a piano just begging to be played by expert hands. Another door leads you into the snug, with its wonderful inglenook and log burner, an invitingly cosy room to curl up in on a winter weekend. The traditional country kitchen is accessed internally from the snug and dining rooms, and also has a separate front entrance - ideal when returning from a muddy walk to warm up by the Aga!
Upstairs there are four sumptuous bedrooms filled with luxurious bedding, antiques and stripped floorboards. There is an en-suite to the master, and family bathroom with roll-top bath overlooking your private gardens.
Full of detail, character and charm, this self-catering manor house is a joy to discover - from the baby grand piano, the huge inglenook fireplace in the snug room, the exquisite and individual bedrooms, to the extensive garden with ornamental box hedging, wild meadow and its own private pond.
