These three holiday homes are set within mature gardens and grounds and are finished to a very good standard. This is a perfect location to explore Cornwall and just a short walk away from the coastal path. Set in shared grounds but with their own terraces these properties have views across open countryside.\nWheal Coates ref 26661 and Wheal Charlotte ref 26660 have been converted from stables into beautiful holiday accommodation. Each has an open plan living area a twin bedroom and a wet room on the ground floor. Wheal Rose ref UK10692 is a spacious detached cottage which includes an open plan living area and kitchen on the ground floor with a large twin bedroom and wet room suitable for wheelchair access. All three of the properties have the convenience of having two en-suite bedrooms on the first floor.\nSt Agnes is just over 2 miles away and is a quaint coastal village with shops sandy coves and beaches stunning walks beachside pubs serving home cooked food and locally brewed ales. The North Cornwall Coast is close by with Porthtowan and its sandy beach and Perranporth which is a traditional family resort with rock pools sand dunes beach bar surf hire and golf. Newquay is a short drive and has a sea life centre zoo and family attractions including Creally Adventure Park and Dairyland. Truro Padstow St Ives Fowey the Roseland Peninsula and Land’s End are all easily reached. Horse riding cycling sea fishing boat trips and kayaking locally. Beach 2 miles.     Lovely, comfortable, well-equipped house on a large property. Owners live on site but were away for most of our stay. Not far from the coastal path but there was a walk along a narrow road to get there. We really enjoyed our stay!

    I was very impressed with this cottage & the couple who run it, they were such lovely people and so welcoming. I stayed at Christmas & Marlene had made the place look beautiful. There are 3 good size bedrooms which are all en suite. The kitchen is very well equipped & I was very pleased to see the dishwasher & washing machine! The lounge was very comfortable with 2 large sofas & good size television with DVD player. There was a nice dining area with good table & 6 chairs. The wet room was perfect & spacious. There is also a shed which I found most useful for storing things I did not need immediately [I don't travel light !] the shed also contains a small freezer. I can't recommend this cottage or owners highly enough. I have stayed here before and will certainly be staying again.

    Really nice place and pleasant helpful owners, would have been good to know it’s semi detached. We couldn’t hear our neighbors due to good insulation, but they may have heard our noisy toddlers. We had a great holiday in a lovely spot with easy access to the rest of Cornwall

    We had a lovely stay at this cottage. It was immaculate throughout. The kitchen is very well equipped with all that we needed. The outside terrace and furniture was lovely to catch the evening September sunshine whilst enjoying a drink. The grounds are immaculate. The owners live on site and are very welcoming and friendly, but not intrusive. The showers were very efficient with plenty of hot water. The freezer in the outhouse was a bonus. If I was to be picky my only comment would be that we only got one bath towel per person and only one hand towel per couple and as there is no tumble drier we couldn’t easily wash them. That said I would definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you Marlene for your hospitality.

    The cottage was well equipped. One of the party had disabilities and found that the ground floor bedroom and bathroom adjoining was well suited to their needs. The interior was modern and spacious. The local pub, the Victory serves excellent food, but as the road to it is very busy, we could found it necessary to drive to it. Opposite the pub on the other side of the road, is a footpath that leads to very pleasant walks.
