An excellent choice for a cosy stay, small but everything you need is there. The cottage is clearly well cared for & a lovely welcome pack greeted us. The bedrooms are snug with feather bedding which we found too warm, but we do plan to stay here again as it’s a perfect location for exploring the beautiful coastline.

First time staying here at Cherry Cottage and we were not disappointed in the least. Very warm and cosy for just the 2 of us and Ruby our Cocker Spaniel. There was a lovely welcome pack and there had been lots of nice Xmas bits added to make us feel really at home. Everything we needed was provided. Nice walk across pathways to Craster. Lovely beaches at nearby Embleton, Low Newton and Beadnell. For eating out we highly recommend the Jolly Fisherman for drinks and snacks and also for dinner. If you are in Seahouses then the Olde Ship Inn is a must at lunchtime for piping hot soup and sandwiches.

Just the 2 of us in this beautiful cottage. Cold and crisp walking along the coast gave way to cosy nights in. Out of season so we adjusted with long mornings and late lunches/early dinner along with the customery local ales.

The cottage was lovely, well laid out and organised. The owner had thought of everything even down to including a list of places we could visit with our puppy. We all received welcome treats which were very much enjoyed. Would highly recommend this cottage. Area was lovely too. Beautiful beach within walking distance.

This was our first holiday in Northumberland it's a beautiful location. Plenty to do and everywhere is so clean. The beaches rival Cornwall. Most places are dog friendly recommend Warkworth Castle. We had a wonderful week.

Lovely little cottage, ideal for a couple or a couple with a small child. Immaculately clean. Lots of thought has gone into equipping it for a great short break.

We have stayed in this cottage before. It is small but very compact with absolutely everything you need. We had a lovely welcome pack and so did our pooch. It is within easy walking distance to Craster which also hosts two lovely restaurants.

Wow, what a wonderful cottage! For once a holiday let exceeded my expectations. Small but perfectly formed, clean and attractive. I found it to be well equipped for my stay and be comfortable when a family of 4 joined me for dinner. Well located between Northumberland coast and the A1 with easy access to so many places. I did visit 4 castles, a priory, a large garden, a big historic house and miles of super coastline and beaches. It even has television with internet access – useful for any dull not-going-out days. The welcome pack was an unexpected bonus; wine, local coffee, home-made jam, biscuits. So I had a great week. Thank you Cherry Cottage.
