My wife and our two teenage boys had a week at Cobblers Cottage. The property is outstanding, lovely location in the rural village of Ripley. The property is well equipped and extremely clean and tidy. Parking is down a quiet private lane, and Harrogate is less than 10 minutes drive away with plenty of restaurants and shops.

5 of us all adults had a great stay at Cobbler's Cottage. Only one comment is that the 3rd bedroom is small and would be somewhat cramped and restrictive for 2 adults.

A lovely cottage with everything you could want for an enjoyable time. Comfy beds and good showers. Plenty of places to see nearby. Also good food at The Boars Head.

Beautiful and spotlessly clean cottage with a lovely large and safe garden, ideal for children inc toddlers. Ripley is a really lovely village and the surrounding area is easily accessible with lots to do.

We couldn't have been more comfortable and cosy in the cottage while experiencing the worst bank holiday weather in forty years!!

I’m from the local area but living abroad. Our family met and stayed at Cobbler’s Cottage for Christmas. It was perfect in every way. It’s charming, spacious and beautifully equipped. Everything is top quality. I had everything I need to cook a family Christmas lunch. Louise decorated the cottage for Christmas. She left fresh flowers and hyacinths and a welcome hamper. We were sad to leave at the end of the week. We hope to return to Cobbler’s cottage and have already highly to friendly abroad who are wanting to visit Yorkshire in the summer. I can’t commend it enough.

Lovely cottage in a lovely part of the country. Easy access to city although based in a country village.

Wonderful. The location of the cottage is perfect - short drive to Harrogate, yet very much in the country. Ripley is a lovely village. The cottage is equipped to an excellent standard - a real home from home. Would highly recommend it.

Excellent cottage. The best one we have ever stayed in. Everything was of high quality with many nice little touches. We certainly plan to stay here on our next U.K. visit.

A lovely modern, spacious cottage in a beautiful village. Very well equipped and very warm when the weather turned chilly. A good sized, fully enclosed garden for a dog to run around and a separate utility room to clean the dog when returning from wet walks. There is very little in the village (a couple of shops, a pub, a tea room and a gallery) but there are some nice walks around the area. There is a busy road towards the back of the cottage and you can hear the traffic when you're in the garden but it didn't bother us too much. Parking is in a quiet lane at the side of the cottage which is great when loading and unloading the car. All in all, a very nice cottage that we would recommend to friends.
